We know that parenting is filled with big decisions, and shopping for your little ones online should be simple and worry-free. At Lively Tots, your happiness with our products matters to us. That’s why, if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange items bought from our website within 21 days, as long as:
- The item is unused, in perfect condition, with no visible damage.
- The original packaging and tags are still intact.
- If there is any damage or signs of wear, we may not be able to honor the return or exchange.
- Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not possible after 21 days.
Certain products, like intimate items (such as undergarments) and hygiene products, cannot be returned due to their nature. Hazardous materials or flammable items are also exempt.
To start your return, please send us your order number and reason for return at hello@livelytots.com, along with a proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email). We’ll walk you through the next steps.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
If you need to swap your item for a different one, contact us at with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and arrange for the exchange, following the rules mentioned here.
Return Shipping (If Applicable)
You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, so your package is protected. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return if it’s not tracked.
Refunds (If Applicable)
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its status. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you don’t see your refund after that time, please reach out to us and we’ll help you track it down.
Gift Returns
If you received the item as a gift, and it was shipped directly to you, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the return. Once the item is processed, you’ll receive a digital gift card via email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged, please notify us at hello@livelytots.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will need the tracking information and proof of damage to assist you properly. We know that little ones need their products to be just right, and we’ll do our best to make sure everything is perfect.
