    Shipping Policy

    At Lively Tots, we understand that getting your baby products to you quickly and safely is important. That’s why we partner with top international shipping companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local couriers to ensure your order reaches your doorstep with ease. We proudly offer flat-rate shipping worldwide!

    Order Processing and Verification

    Your order will be processed once all payments are verified and approved. This may take a few days, as we strive to protect you from any credit card fraud. Orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring extra verification might experience delays or cancellations.

    Shipping Process

    We typically need 2-5 business days to prepare and hand over your order to our shipping partners. Please note that during peak times or holidays, this process might extend up to 10 days, especially if your order includes high-demand items.

    Once your order starts processing, we can’t make changes, including address adjustments. We will ship to the address provided at checkout.

    Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.

    Tracking Your Order

    Every order comes with a tracking number, which you’ll receive via email once your order is on its way. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update. If you don’t see any tracking details within 5 business days, get in touch with us for assistance.

    International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and vary by country. Lively Tots cannot predict or control these fees. If your shipment is refused and returned, you’ll be liable for any related costs.

    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    While we strive to ensure your package arrives safely, Lively Tots is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our warehouse. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

    Address Accuracy

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We begin processing orders immediately, and once an order is in our shipping department, we cannot make address changes.
